The company was restructured as a limited company on July 14, 2005, and changed its name to Everbright Securities Co., Ltd. The parent company of the Company is China Everbright Group Co., Ltd. The company's main business segments include wealth management business clusters, corporate financing business clusters, institutional customer business clusters, investment trading business clusters, asset management business clusters, and equity investment business clusters. By the end of the reporting period, the company had 226 securities sales departments actually engaged in securities brokering business. There are a total of 1,551 securities brokers in the company, all of whom have completed their practice registration with the China Securities Association.
