Its predecessor was Shanghai Xuhui La Chapelle Clothing Co., Ltd., established in 1998. The Company's H shares have been listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”) since October 9, 2014 (the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange”).
