We were founded in 2003. Previously, we were mainly engaged in providing comprehensive private basic education in China, including elementary, middle and high schools, and providing supporting services to our customers. Due to the promulgation of the “Regulations on the Implementation of the Private Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China (“China”) (the “Implementation Regulations”), which came into effect on September 1, 2021, the business of providing comprehensive private basic education in China through affected entities* was terminated on August 31, 2021, and we will no longer operate private schools providing compulsory education from September 1, 2021. For the year ended August 31, 2023, we were mainly engaged in providing school-related supply chain services and providing comprehensive education services to our customers in China. Our business aims to provide quality education services to our customers as an important complement to the educational curriculum services provided by schools to promote the overall development of our customers. The welfare of our customers is at the core of our values, and we will continue to provide educational services by acting with the values and attitude we firmly believe in.
