Dacheng Foods (Asia) Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “Dacheng”) is a multinational conglomerate of enterprises operating in the People's Republic of China (“China”), Vietnam and Malaysia. The Company's shares have been listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) since 2007. The Company (collectively referred to as the “Group” with its subsidiaries and joint ventures) is a leading provider of fully integrated animal protein products, including advanced nutritional formulations and processed food for feed, livestock and aquatic animals. The Group has more than 30 factories in China, Vietnam and Malaysia. Most of its animal feed is sold under the “Green Knight”, “Dr. Puck” and “SOS” brands, while chicken and processed food are mostly sold under the “Sister Kitchen” brand.
