Golden World Holdings is the first listed company to do business in Cambodia and the first gaming company to be listed on the Stock Exchange. Our flagship, NagaWorld, is the only comprehensive hotel and entertainment center in Phnom Penh. It holds a casino license for a period of 70 years to 2025, and enjoys exclusive casino management rights within a radius of 200 kilometers of Phnom Penh (excluding the Cambodian-Vietnamese border area, Bokor, Kirirom Mountains and Sihanoukville) until 2025.

The company is mainly engaged in the management and operation of the hotel and casino complex Golden World Entertainment City, which is a hotel and entertainment complex. The company operates through two segments: Casino Operations and Hotel and Entertainment Operations. The casino operations department includes Naga 1 and Naga 2 (joint NagaWorld Complex), Naga 3, and all betting activities in Russia. The Hotel and Entertainment Operations segment includes the operation of leisure, restaurants and entertainment activities.
