The deal significantly expanded the scale of CICC, achieved deeper coverage of large, medium and medium-sized enterprises, institutions, and individual customers, and built a more balanced business structure in the primary and secondary market. In 2020, CICC was successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. CICC is headquartered in Beijing, has many subsidiaries in mainland China, and has branches in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Jinan. Furthermore, we have more than 200 sales outlets across the country.
