Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CRRC Times Electric) is a joint stock company owned by CRRC. Its predecessor and parent company, CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd., was founded in 1959. CRRC Era Electric took root in Zhuzhou, followed two rails, got out of two rails, and was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited on December 20, 2006 (stock code: 3898). On September 7, 2021, it was successfully listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 688187).
