We are a chief contractor in Hong Kong, mainly engaged in providing (i) substructure construction services; (ii) superstructure construction services; and (iii) RMAA engineering services. The Group was founded by Mr. Wu in 1998 (funded from his personal financial resources) and has been in operation for over 17 years, during which time we have developed close relationships with our customers (including Lingzhan, churches and real estate developers). We have completed 14 projects during the track record period and until the last practical date. The following table shows the major milestones in the Group's history: Zhengli Engineering was established in 1998, and the Group began providing refurbishment services In 2003, Zhengli Construction was established to expand the Group's customers Zheng Li Engineering was registered as a general construction contractor with the Building Authority in 2005 In 2006, Zhengli Engineering was awarded ISO 9001:2008 issued by Jialigao Certification Services Limited Zhengli Foundation was established in 2007 to further expand the Group's business, particularly in providing substructure construction engineering services In 2008, Zheng Li Engineering was registered by the Building Authority as a specialist contractor for site leveling works and foundation works In 2009, Zheng Li Engineering was included in the Development Bureau's Register of Specialist Contractors under the Maintenance and Restoration of Historic Buildings category. In 2009, Zheng Li Engineering was awarded ISO 14001:2004 issued by Jialigao Certification Services Limited In 2012, the Group first began its substructure and superstructure construction project for a church in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong as a general contractor. The contract value was approximately HK$137 million The total number of employees of the Group reached 80 in 2015 The Group's annual turnover in 2015 exceeded HK$350 million In 2015, Zheng Li Engineering was nominated as the chief contractor for a church project in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, and was nominated for an honorary architectural award from the American Institute of Architects to the architect of the project
