    Rong Fung United Holdings Limited (the Group) is mainly engaged in the leasing of its own ships. Of the four ships registered in the name of the Group, two Panamax dry bulk carriers and one Cape of good Hope dry bulk carrier, named GH FORTUNE, GH POWER and GH RESOURCES respectively, have a total capacity of about 275138 deadweight tons owned by the Group and are not subject to any financial leasing arrangements, while the remaining Panamanian dry bulk carriers of the Group, namely GREAT HARVEST (with a capacity of approximately 68192 deadweight tons), are currently leased under the financial leasing arrangement. Delivery is expected to be made to independent third party buyers in December 2013. The Group provides global shipping services to its customers by chartering ships for dry bulk cargo transportation. The Group is headquartered in Hong Kong and all ships in the fleet are registered and hoisted the Hong Kong regional flag in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. All ships of the Group are chartered on a regular basis. Under the Group's time charter agreement, the Group's ships will be leased to the charterer during the period specified in the contract, during which the Group is generally required to provide and pay for all crew, ship insurance, repair and maintenance costs, the charterer is required to bear the costs directly related to the voyage, such as marine fuel charges for the charterer's business (unless otherwise agreed), port charges, pilotage charges and other day-to-day expenses.
