Yida China Holdings Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), together with its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”), was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Shanghai. It is the largest business park developer and leading business park operator in China. Its main business involves business park operation, sales of business park supporting residences, office buildings and independent residences, and commissioned operation and management of business parks, and providing construction, decoration and landscaping services. The Company was successfully listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange on June 27, 2014. At the beginning of its establishment, the Group was based on Dalian's local advantages, catered to international development trends, and enjoyed the dividends of a unique business model. Beginning in 1998, the Dalian Software Park was built and operated to a high standard by seizing the global industrial transfer opportunities in the service outsourcing and IT outsourcing industry, with the help of implementing an integrated strategy of “government assistance to private office,” internationalization, and “industry-university-research”, and innovating the industry-city integration development model. Thus, it became a pioneer in the development and operation of service outsourcing business parks in China, and firmly established the future direction of development. During the period of business development, the Group developed its internal skills, accumulated expertise, and developed core competitiveness. Using the successful experience of operating the Dalian Software Park, relying on the national economic development and industrial upgrading strategy, and fully integrating internal and external resources, we have further developed and operated various software parks and science parks such as Dalian Ascendas Software Park, Tianjin Binhai Service Outsourcing Industrial Park, Suzhou High-tech Software Park, Wuhan Optics Valley Software Park, Dalian Ecological Science and Technology Innovation City, Wuhan Software New City, and Yida Information Software Park, etc., to achieve the initial strategic goal of “going national, model exploration, and diversified cooperation”. Over the past 20 years, we have served nearly 70 of the world's top 500 enterprises, accumulated deep customer resources and operating experience, and opened up a blue ocean of business development with high entry threshold, high customer stickiness, closed loop of the whole industry, and resistance to economic cycles. After listing, the Group clearly proposed the development vision of becoming a “leading business park operator in China”, implemented a national development strategy of “taking light, weight, and importance together”, and adopted a “industry-city integration” development model to consolidate Dalian, deeply cultivate Wuhan, and comprehensively expand key cities and economically active regions in Tier 1 and 2. It has received strategic investment from Zhongmin Jiaye, the controlling shareholder of the Company, to seize development opportunities in the new era on a higher platform.
