Zhengye International Holdings Limited (“Zhengye International” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiary “Group”, stock code: 3363) is a large-scale packaging manufacturing enterprise group integrating waste paper recycling, ecological manufacturing of environmentally friendly packaging paper and paper packaging products, providing integrated solutions for product packaging. Since its establishment in 1999, the company has developed into the largest household air conditioner packaging manufacturer in China and one of the largest paper packaging manufacturers in China.
