Ya Life Smart City Service Co., Ltd. (“Ya Life” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”) is a nationalized comprehensive property management service provider positioned in the middle to high-end, and is ranked as one of the top 100 property service enterprises in China by the Central Index Institute. On February 9, 2018, the Group was successfully spun off from Agile Group Holdings Limited (“Agile Holdings”, together with its subsidiary, “Agile Group”), becoming the first property management enterprise in the People's Republic of China (“China”) to officially split a H-share listing.
