We are a contract manufacturer established in Singapore in 1988, specializing in the production of equipment, machinery, subsystems, precision tools and components for the semiconductor industry. Our products are mainly purchased by original design manufacturers of semiconductor processing equipment (that is, equipment used to manufacture or process semiconductors) and semiconductor processing equipment users. Our products are generally used as components of semiconductor processing equipment to produce semiconductors or to produce or process semiconductors (note). During the operating record period, most of our revenue came from manufacturing wire welding processing systems (an important subsystem for semiconductor back-end equipment wire welders). According to industry reports, in terms of revenue, in the global wire welding machine treatment system contract manufacturing industry, we are the world's largest wire welder treatment system contract manufacturer, with a market share of about 49.6% in 2017.
