According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hong Kong Resources Holdings (02882) announced that on May 9, 2024, Lukfook Group (International) has completed the physical distribution (distribution) of a total of 24.0714 million Hong Kong Resources shares directly or indirectly held by it to its shareholders. After the distribution was completed, the public held a total of 67.8812 million shares of Hong Kong Resources (equivalent to about 25.18% of the total issued share capital of the Company). As a result, the company has resumed public shareholding and complies with the minimum public shareholding requirements of section 8.08 (1) (a) and section 13.32 (1) of the listing rules.
