Jiayuan International Holdings Limited (“Jiayuan” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) (stock code: 2768) is a mature property developer developing large-scale residential and commercial complex projects in major cities in the People's Republic of China (“China”). As of June 30, 2022, the Group's total land reserves were approximately 16.6 million square meters. With 27 years of property development experience, we have created property projects that meet the needs of different regions through high-quality planning, perfect quality control, mature management systems and experienced professional teams, and successfully consolidated the “Jiayuan” brand. As of June 30, 2022, the Group owned a total of 98 property projects in China. Since its establishment, the Group has been deeply involved in the development of property projects in Jiangsu and Anhui. The Group took the lead in entering the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in 2016, and has successively obtained a number of high-quality projects in Shenzhen, Jiangmen and Macau, China. The Group also purchased high-quality assets in Shanghai from the Chairman (“Chairman”) of the Company (“Board of Directors”) and Mr. Shen Tianqing (“Mr. Shen”), a non-executive director and controlling shareholder of the Company, to further strengthen the Group's leading position in the Yangtze River Delta region. Furthermore, the Group has successfully expanded into key provincial capitals such as Guiyang and Urumqi. The Group is also entering the “Belt and Road” countries and regions, such as acquiring high-quality land in Cambodia. In 2021, the Group acquired a property development project privately owned by Mr. Shen in Shandong to further expand the development area. The Group's residential and commercial complexes in economically sized and populous cities have all been or will be developed as mixed-use community centers.
