Aide Renewable Energy Investment Holding Group Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as Aide New Energy) was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 27, 2012, stock code: 2623.HK. Headquartered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Aide Renewable Energy Group is an investment holding group company. The main business is: the first is the construction of the entire titanium industry chain, such as the exploration of raw titanium ore, titanium concentrate, titanium sponge, and the production of high-purity titanium; the second is the exploration of iron ore, the mining, production and sale of iron concentrate; and the third is the construction and operation of clean energy such as photothermal solar integrated projects, photovoltaic power plants, wind power plants, etc. Fourth, the construction of system engineering projects that improve natural resources such as soil and water quality as social responsibility. Currently, Aide Renewable Energy Group mainly owns four holding subsidiaries, namely Shandong Xingsheng Mining Co., Ltd., Linyi Luxing Titanium Co., Ltd., Tianjin Hengsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and Australia's Xingsheng International Resources Co., Ltd. Shandong Xingsheng Mining Co., Ltd. and Linyi Luxing Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. are mainly engaged in iron ore and titanium iron ore exploration, mining and processing to produce and sell iron and titanium concentrates. It currently owns the Yangzhuang iron ore mines, Zhuge Shangyu titanium iron ore, Qinjiazhuang titanium iron ore, Gaozhuang Shangyu titanium iron ore, and Lu Xing titanium industry. The company attaches great importance to environmental protection and governance, and won the first batch of “National Green Mine Pilot Units” selected by the Ministry of Land and Resources in 2011/3. It was one of only 5 iron-containing mines to receive this honor; it obtained a safety standardization level 2 enterprise certificate issued by the Shandong Provincial Administration of Work Safety in 2009/10. In 2010, the company carried out scientific and technological research and became the setter and implementer of the Shandong Tailings Dry Drainage Demonstration Base and the standard for dry tailings discharge in Shandong Province; in 2011, the company passed ISO19001 management system certification; in September 2014, approval was obtained to establish the Shandong Academician Workstation. On December 10, 2015, it was qualified as a national high-tech enterprise.
