Xiangsheng Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “Xiang Sheng”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively, the “Group” or “we”) is a rapidly growing and large-scale integrated real estate developer in the People's Republic of China (“China”), focusing on the development of high-quality residential properties in selected regions of China.
