The franchise business division is engaged in infrastructure construction or the acquisition of existing infrastructure by the grantee, the operation and maintenance of smoke control projects, and the transfer of infrastructure ownership to customers. The Operations and maintenance Division is engaged in providing operational services and routine maintenance services for desulphurization and denitrification facilities and dust removal facilities. Other divisions are engaged in providing design services, sewage treatment, and selling by-products and others.
