According to Zhitong Financial App, Merrill Health International (02327) announced its results for the first half of 2023. The company achieved a 15.8% year-on-year increase in revenue to about HK$74.8 million, profit attributable to shareholders increased 72% year-on-year to HK$18.16 million, and basic profit of HK0.44 cents per share. The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was mainly due to the reopening of mainland China, which led to an increase in sales of construction materials of HK$21.4 million; and an increase of HK$10.2 million in sales of photovoltaic modules due to an increase in orders from the Chinese and overseas markets.
