Shenzhou International Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhou International”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) is one of the world's largest vertically integrated knitting manufacturers, mainly manufacturing high-quality knitwear for customers using a combination of OEM (OEM) and contract design (ODM) methods. The Group's fabric production base is located in China's Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone and Vietnam's Xining Province, and strategically has garment factories in Ningbo and Anqing, China, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Xining Province, and Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and has sales offices or representative offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Osaka. Currently, the Group employs about 94,340 people. The plant covers an area of over 6.44 million square meters, a construction area of more than 4.66 million square meters, and produces about 500 million pieces of knitwear of all kinds. The Group mainly produces knitted sporting goods, casual wear and underwear. Its main customers include well-known international brand customers such as NIKE, UNIQLO, ADIDAS and PUMA. The product market covers mainland China, Japan, Asia Pacific, European and American markets. To achieve the goal of being the most competitive enterprise in the world in knitwear production, Shenzhou International was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) in November 2005. The Company's stock code is 2313, and it has been included as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Composite Index, Hang Seng Composite Industry Index (consumer goods) and Hang Seng Composite Mid-Cap Index since March 8, 2010. Since June 1, 2013, Shenzhou International has entered the MSCI MSCI Index. At the same time, it has been included in the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index series since September 2015. Furthermore, the Group was officially included as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index on March 5, 2018, and was officially included as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Index on September 10 of the same year. In April 2018, the Group was selected by China Trading Services Limited (“China Trading Services”) as one of the constituent stock companies of the China Trading Services Belt and Road Index in recognition of the Group's contribution to the Belt and Road Initiative. Since March 2021, Shenzhou International has been included in the Hang Seng Hong Kong Stock Connect High Holding 50 Index. Shenzhou International was selected as one of the “Best Small and Medium Listed Companies” by “Forbes Asia” in 2010. Shenzhou International was selected as one of the top 100 listed companies in Hong Kong in 2012, 2015 and 2016 by Caihua News Agency and Tencent. Furthermore, in November 2015, Shenzhou International was selected by Tai Kung Pao as one of the best listed companies for corporate governance in 2015, and in 2017, Shenzhou International was selected by Da Kung Pao as one of the best listed companies for investor relationship management in 2017. Meanwhile, in 2015 and 2018, Shenzhou International was selected by Asia Weekly as the largest private enterprise by market capitalization in the Mainland China Enterprise Group's Hong Kong stock market ranking. Furthermore, Shenzhou International was selected as the 2016 Outstanding Enterprise Award in the 2016 DHL/South China Morning Post Hong Kong Business Awards. In 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2021, Shenzhou International won the “Best Investor Relations Company (Large Cap Category)” award at the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Hong Kong Investor Relations Awards organized by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association. Also, in 2018, Shenzhou International was selected as one of the “2018 Top 50 Asian Listed Companies” by “Forbes Asia”. Meanwhile, in 2018, Shenzhou International was selected as the “2018 Listed Company Award (Clothing Category)” by Hong Kong Business Magazine. Also, in 2020, Shenzhou International received the “Hong Kong Outstanding Enterprise 2020” award from the Blue Chip Group by Economy Week. In 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, Shenzhou International won the “Listed Company Excellence Award” by “Xinbao Financial News” respectively.
