NVC International Holdings Limited (formerly known as NVC Lighting Holdings Limited) (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively referred to as the “Group”) is a well-known supplier of lighting products in the industry, mainly engaged in the design, development, production, promotion and sale of various lighting products.
