We are a leading and well-known restaurant chain operator in Hong Kong's “Tam Tsai Yunnan Rice Noodle” and “Tan Tsai Three Ge Rice Noodle” brand fast casual restaurant chain 1. We also have operations in mainland China and Singapore, and specialize in rice noodles (a type of pasta made from rice, a well-known staple food in Asian food culture, usually gluten free). At the last available date, we operated a total of 156 restaurants, including 76 Tam Tsai restaurants and 74 Three Ge restaurants covering the 18 districts of Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, three Tam Tsai restaurants in mainland China, and three Sango restaurants in Singapore. Based on our number of restaurants in 2020, Euromonitor ranked us No. 1 among Asian noodle specialty stores in Hong Kong.
