Youquhui Holdings Limited (the “Company” or “we”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) is a leading branded e-commerce retail and wholesale solutions provider in China, focusing on FMCG products, including adult personal care products, infant personal care products, beauty products, health products and other product categories. We have cooperated with 60+ independent brands under 30+ brand groups, including brands such as Unicharm Group Sophie and Moony, Fitings Group, Suki, UNO, FINO, etc., brands such as Shiseido Group, Water Seal, HAKU, etc., and FANCL's Ai Tianran, Boscia brands, Beofei, Kobayashi Pharmaceutical, and Taisho Pharmaceutical to provide them with omni-channel, one-stop, high-value-added operations and customized services to empower brands and spread value. The Group is a bridge between brand partners, e-commerce platforms and customers. We mainly operate our business through distribution methods and service fees. Under the distribution model, we buy products from selected brand partners, manage the Chinese and cross-border supply chains, identify and reach target customers through omni-channel marketing, and sell products to customers through the online stores we operate (we call it a business-to-customer (B2C) model), or sell products to e-commerce platforms or other distributors, which sell products to customers (we call it a business-to-business (B2B) model. Under the service fee method, as a complement to the B2C model and B2B model, we also provide solutions to brand partners or other customers and charge service fees.
