Ruifeng Power Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”) is a professional cylinder block (the main unit for automobile engines) headquartered in Shenzhou, Hebei, China. China's cylinder blocks have always been manufactured separately from internal production by automobile and automobile engine manufacturers and outsourced production by manufacturers specializing in automobile engine parts. Our huge scale of operation and excellent production capacity have enabled us to win over some of China's leading automobile manufacturers (such as Jiangling Motors, BYD, FAW, Jiangxi Isuzu, Dongfeng Motor and Jianghuai) to adopt our products. For the year ended 31 December 2022, we owned and operated a total of 5 precision casting lines and 31 machining lines (of which 24 were for cylinder blocks, 5 for cylinder heads and 2 for other cylinder block auxiliary components). The main products are: The cylinder block - is the main device in a car engine and is where fuel is burned. The cylinder block provides space for a specified number of cylinders and surrounding related devices (including coolant channels, intake and exhaust channels, and crankcase). As the central component of an automobile engine, the acceptable defect rate level of the cylinder block needs to be kept low because it directly affects the engine's performance, longevity, and other important indicators. The cylinder head - is one of the main components of the engine. It is located on top of the cylinder block and provides space for air and fuel to the cylinder and the passage for exhaust gas. The cylinder head must be able to remain in its original state at high pressure and temperature to seal the cylinder block through the cylinder gasket. Cylinder auxiliary components - including the main bearing cover and flywheel. The main bearing cover is used on piston engines to secure the crankshaft to the cylinder body. Our main bearing cover overcomes the force generated by the piston and transmitted to the crankshaft by applying force to the crank to a reciprocating motion into rotational motion. The flywheel is used to ensure that the crankshaft inside the cylinder runs smoothly when no force is applied. Our flywheels are easy to install and are highly resistant to rust and corrosion.
