(a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a school-running cooperation agreement, aimed at establishing an independent legal entity higher education institution that provides undergraduate education and above in the Hainan Free Trade Port. The Board of Directors believes that the cooperation agreement will enable all parties to fully utilize their respective strengths in education and research.
