Our infrastructure services generally include (i) customer needs assessment, (ii) solution planning, and/or (iii) software and hardware integration solutions purchased from different manufacturers and authorized distributors. Our management and maintenance services generally provide regular maintenance and technical support for the customer's IT system. This may include (i) if the customer believes that the scheduled maintenance service is insufficient, we can provide additional maintenance services in addition to the original maintenance, or (ii) ongoing maintenance and technical support services beyond the maintenance period.
