Based on 2021 earnings, Meihao Medical Group Co., Ltd. (“Meihao Medical Group” or the “Group”) is the largest private dental service provider in Wenzhou, providing comprehensive dental services, mainly covering the four fields of comprehensive dental treatment, prosthetic dentistry, implant dentistry and orthodontics. The Group began providing dental services to individuals of all ages in 2011 and gradually expanded its business thereafter. The Group owns and operates a dental hospital network composed of five private dental hospitals located in Wenzhou, namely Wenzhou Hospital in Wenzhou, Lucheng Hospital and Wenzhou Oral, Ruian Branch in Ruian City, and Longgang Hospital in Longgang City. With the exception of Wenzhou Dental, which was newly established in November 2021, all of the Group's private dental hospitals are “designated medical insurance” hospitals under the basic medical insurance plans operated by the relevant Medical Security Administration.
