Pearl River Petroleum & Gas Steel Pipe Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries hereinafter collectively referred to as (the “Group”)) is the largest manufacturer and exporter of straight seam welded pipes in the People's Republic of China (“China”) and engages in property development and investment. The Company has been listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) since February 2010 (stock code: 1938). The Group's steel pipe products are mainly used in energy transportation, including oil and gas transmission pipelines, deep-sea pipelines, urban gas networks, as well as in the petrochemical, mining, infrastructure, marine engineering, steel structures and water industries. The Group's production bases and offices are located in Panyu, Zhuhai, Lianyungang, Nanjing, Hong Kong, Yunfu and Indonesia. It has five straight seam submerged arc welding pipe (“LSAW”) production lines, two spiral submerged arc welding pipe (“SSAW”) production lines and other production lines, with a total annual production capacity of 1,750,000 tons as of December 31, 2022. The Group is a pioneer in the industry. With strong R&D capabilities, it has 105 patents (including 41 invention patents) and 13 international quality certifications, and is famous overseas and nationally for its long track record. Furthermore, the Group is the first and only welded pipe manufacturer in China to manufacture and successfully develop 3,500-meter deep-sea welded pipes. The Group is also a qualified supplier of Petrobras and Horse Oil. The Group is a Chinese welded pipe manufacturer and has received various honors such as “China Metallurgical Product Physical Quality Gold Cup Award”, “China Metallurgical Product Physical Quality Premium Quality Award”, “National Key New Product”, “Provincial Certified Enterprise Technology Center”, and “High-tech Enterprise”. It has an “Academician Workstation” and is also the main drafting unit for China's straight seam welded pipe national standards.
