Mei Heng Industrial Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Group”) are subcontractors, mainly engaged in the design, supply and installation of exterior walls and curtain wall systems (mainly curtain walls and aluminum doors and windows), and have been operating in Hong Kong, China for over 20 years. The Group's history dates back to 1990, when Mei Heng Industrial Co., Ltd., the company's main operating subsidiary, was incorporated in Hong Kong, China. The Group provides one-stop design, supply and installation services for curtain walls and aluminum doors and windows for new and existing buildings, and works closely with customers and architects to provide tailor-made designs and products to meet project requirements. The Group's main customers are lead contractors and property developers. The Group owns and operates its own manufacturing plant in Huizhou, China, as a production base for products used in the Group's design, supply and installation projects, including products designated by customers and “Schüco” products of which the Group is an authorized manufacturer. The products manufactured at the manufacturing plant in Huizhou, China include framed curtain walls, aluminum doors and windows, fences, blinds, railings, panels and aluminum trims. The Group also outsources the manufacture of modular curtain wall products to external suppliers.
