We are Malaysia's leading ferrous scrap metal trading company. Over the years, we have established a national scrap yard supplier base in Malaysia, from which we purchase black scrap metal that can be recycled and re-sold to steel mills. We also operate three scrap yards with a total area of about 51,000 square meters, equipped mainly with machines for ferrous metal processing. Their locations are strategically located in areas that guarantee the supply of ferrous metal, close to our steel mill customers in Melaka, Selangor and Johor. Furthermore, as of the date of this annual report, we have 76 of our own trucks, 52 of which carry 20 tons or more. With the support of this fleet, we are able to respond in a timely manner to the logistics needs of small and medium-sized suppliers with limited logistics support. We are proud to be able to procure large quantities of ferrous scrap metal to meet the production needs of our steel mill customers. In fiscal year 2021 and fiscal year 2022, we sold approximately 701,846 tons and 675,062 tons of black scrap metal, respectively, accounting for 91% and 93% of revenue, respectively. In addition to the black scrap metal trade, we also trade used batteries and waste paper, but on a smaller scale, accounting for 8% and 6% of total revenue in fiscal year 2021 and fiscal year 2022, respectively. We also operate a waste yard with a total area of about 1,436 square meters in Melaka, which mainly deals in waste paper.
