Jilin Chuncheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was established on October 23, 2017, and currently has a registered capital of RMB 466.7 million. On October 24, 2019, it was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 01853.HK. It is the first domestic thermal enterprise listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Group's main business is heat supply, and has established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with a number of thermal power plants. Using cogeneration as the main heating model, it provides heating services to about 550,000 residents and non-residential users in downtown Changchun. As of the reporting period, the Group's heating service area was about 67.117 million square meters. In recent years, the Group has continued to increase investment in heating informatization and intelligent construction. Since its establishment, the intelligent heating network system has continued to be built in a planned and phased manner. Currently, the intelligent heating network system has achieved functions such as real-time monitoring, remote control and comprehensive analysis of big data, and has been recognized as a leading system in the heating industry by the China Urban Heating Association. In heating production, the Group has deeply applied the “Internet+Heating” production model to improve the service level of enterprises, and actively explore the development and application of new technologies and materials in the industry through independent research and development and cooperation with social groups including universities, etc., so as to continue to be in an advanced position in the field of smart heating.
