We are one of the well-known manufacturers and exporters of backpacks and luggage, and mainly operate the design, development, manufacture and sale of a diverse product portfolio according to our business model. Our backpack and luggage products in our product portfolio are categorized as: (i) private label products; and (ii) branded products, covering both licensed brand products and our own Ellehammer brand products. These products cater to the needs of the children, youth, sports, leisure, commercial, travel and technology segments. We started our business in 1989. We are headquartered in Hong Kong, China, and production facilities are located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, China. We have a sales and marketing office in Aarhus, Denmark. We also have three showrooms at our Hong Kong headquarters, our sales and marketing office in Aarhus, Denmark, and the Global Development and Supply Chain Center in Shenzhen, China. With nearly 30 years of operating experience, our business model has evolved from traditional OEM to a combination of OEM, ODM and OBM. We believe our business model makes us stand out from traditional OEM backpack and luggage manufacturers. The directors believe that we are unique by our ability to provide a comprehensive supply chain covering product design and development, manufacturing production control, quality assurance, sales and marketing, logistics and distribution.
