Founded in 1889, Lanvin is one of France's oldest luxury fashion houses and one of the few remaining French luxury brands, apart from Hermes and Chanel, that remain independent to this day. In early 2018, Forum acquired Lanvin and became the controlling shareholder.
So far, The group's high-end brands include French haute couture house Lanvin, Italian shoe brand Sergio Rossi, Austrian luxury skin-friendly clothing brand Wolford, American classic knitwear brand St. John Knits and Italian high-end men's wear manufacturer Caruso. The five brands operate in more than 60 countries and have more than 1,000 points of sale.
