Huayu High Speed Group Co., Ltd. (“Huayu Expressway” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiary “Group”) is a project company in the infrastructure sector in China. Its main business is the investment, construction, operation and management of infrastructure projects located in China. Currently, the Group's only project is the Hunan section of the Suiyue Expressway (a two-way six-lane expressway with a total length of about 24.08 kilometers). The Hunan section of the Suiyue Expressway is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed before the end of 2011. After the Hunan section of the Suiyue Expressway is completed and opened to traffic, the Group will operate the Hunan section of the Suiyue Expressway in accordance with the franchise agreement (the franchise period is 27 years (excluding the construction period)).
