Shenzhen Wenye Decoration Design Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or the “Group”) was founded in 1989 and currently has a registered capital of 138 million yuan. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, we ranked 28th in the Chinese building decoration market in 2018, and our market share in terms of revenue was about 0.03%. The Group has a number of the highest qualifications and licenses in the building decoration industry in China, including (i) building decoration engineering professional contracting level 1; (ii) building curtain wall engineering professional contracting level 1; (iii) construction mechanical and electrical installation project professional contracting grade 1; (iv) building decoration engineering design project grade A; (v) building curtain engineering design project grade A; (vi) electronic and intelligent engineering professional contracting grade 1; and (vii) fire facility engineering professional contracting grade 1. During our track record period, we received about 20 national awards, such as (i) the “China Construction Engineering Luban Award (National Quality Project)”; (ii) the “China Construction Engineering Decoration Award”; (iii) the “China International Space Design Competition Gold Award”; (iv) the “China International Space Design Competition Silver Award”; and (v) the China International Space Design Competition Bronze Award. We provide customers with professional and comprehensive building decoration services. Our projects cover different categories of interior and exterior building decoration, including (i) interior building decoration and installation works; (ii) indoor mechanical and electrical installation works; (iii) fire safety installation works; (iv) electronic and intelligent system installation works; and (v) curtain wall installation works. Additionally, we provide our clients with independent building decoration design services based on project benchmarks.
