Xinte Energy's subsidiary, Silicon-based new materials, plans to increase investment of 490 million yuan to Zhuneng in Xinjiang.
Xinte Energy (01799.HK) announced that on June 14, 2024, its subsidiary, Silica-based New Materials, and Xinjiang Tianchi and the target company had entered into a capital increase agreement. Accordingly, Silica-based New Materials agreed to increase its investment in Xinjiang Zhunneng Investment Co., Ltd., the target company, by RMB 490 million using its own currency funds as the target company's registered capital.
