Yadong Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the “Group”) is mainly engaged in the design, processing and sale of textile fabric products, which can be divided into two categories, namely (i) plain fabrics; and (ii) corduroy fabrics. These textile fabric products come in a variety of colors, patterns, textures and functions. The Group mainly sells its textile fabric products to garment manufacturers and trading companies. These products are bought by our customers for further processing to provide finished garments for clothing brand operators. These textile fabric products are mainly sold or distributed in the People's Republic of China (“China”), Japan and a number of other Asian markets (such as Taiwan, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Indonesia).
