The Group is mainly engaged in the operation, management and development of highways (including subsidiary service areas) in Chengdu and surrounding areas in Sichuan Province, retail sales of refined oil products, and at the same time expanding the natural gas business. Business operations are divided into two segments: “Expressway” and “Energy Industry”. The “Expressway” sector business is the Group's traditional main business. As of the reporting date, the Group had a total of 5 highways: Chengguan Expressway, Chengpeng Expressway, Chengwen-Qiongming Expressway, and Chengdu Airport Expressway, with a total network mileage of 192.02 kilometers. The highway mentioned above is centered around Chengdu and extends to the southwest, northwest, west, and north. It is an integral part of the roads surrounding Chengdu, and plays a key role in connecting internal roads in Chengdu and national and provincial highways entering and leaving Sichuan Province. Furthermore, the Company undertook the operation and management of the Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Expressway (“Tianfu Airport Expressway”), the Pujiang—Dujiangyan section of the Chengdu Economic Zone Ring Expressway (“Pudu Expressway”), and the Cangba Expressway (undertaken in December 2023). Up to this point, the total operating mileage of the Group's expressways (including contract management) has reached 474.77 km. The “Energy Industry” segment business was merged into the Group on August 12, 2020, with energy development companies as the main investors to operate refined oil and natural gas products through its subsidiaries and joint ventures and joint ventures.
