The Group is mainly engaged in the operation, management and development of highways in Chengdu City and surrounding areas in Sichuan Province, as well as in the business of refined oil products and natural gas. Business operations are divided into two sectors: “expressways” and “energy industry”. The “Expressway” segment business is the Group's traditional main business. As of the reporting date, the Group owns a total of 5 highways: Chengguan Expressway, Chengpeng Expressway, Chengwen-Qiong Expressway, Qiongming Expressway, and Chengdu Airport Expressway, with a total network mileage of 192.02 kilometers. In addition, the Company undertook the operation and management of the Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Expressway (“Tianfu Airport Expressway”) and the Pujiang to Dujiangyan section of the Chengdu Economic Zone Ring Road (“Pudu Expressway”). So far, the Group's total expressway operating mileage (including contract management) has reached 381.69 kilometers. The highways operated and invested by the Group are all strategically located around Chengdu, connecting regions rich in economic, cultural and tourist resources along the way, and are an essential part of the highway network surrounding Chengdu. In recent years, the expressways operated and managed by the Group and its service teams have achieved remarkable results in terms of safety and quality service. The “Energy Industry” segment business was merged into the Group on August 12, 2020, with the Energy Development Company as the main investor to operate refined oil and natural gas products business through its subsidiaries and their joint ventures and joint ventures. As of the reporting date, the Group is operating 23 gas stations, and is currently constructing 3 gas stations and 4 gas stations (including those that have not yet been operated after completion), as well as 3 gas stations, including the Xinhua Gas Station, Huamin Gas Station, and Shiling Gas Station, which have been entrusted with energy management management. The Chengpeng Expressway is an important part of the S105 provincial highway. It is the main skeleton highway of the Chengdu traffic planning radial road network. It is also the main line connecting Chengdu to the northern part of Sichuan Province. The Chengwen-Qiong Expressway is an important part of the S8 provincial highway. At the same time, it has important economic and cultural significance for western Chengdu. It is also the only expressway channel in the region, directly connecting Wenjiang, Chongzhou, Dayi, Qionglai and other important satellite cities in Chengdu. The Chengdu Airport Expressway is the main part of the S6 provincial highway and the main highway from central Chengdu to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. The Qiongming Expressway is an important part of the S8 provincial highway. It is an extension of the Chengwen-Qiong Expressway.
