We operate through three major operating subsidiaries incorporated as limited companies in Hong Kong, Jiashun Civil Engineering Co., Ltd., Jiashun Contracting Co., Ltd., and Jiajian Construction Co., Ltd. We are professional contractors engaged in remodeling and addition works and civil engineering in Hong Kong. Remodeling and addition works generally include new structural works, renovation works, changes in the configuration of facilities, new expansion of existing buildings, remodeling or installation of hardware and equipment; construction, removal or removal of partitions and doors and windows; replacement of types of decoration and flooring materials; while civil engineering generally includes ground leveling works (that is, ground clean-up and ground leveling works carried out to carry out foundation work) and foundation work (that is, substructure work carried out to provide a foundation or base structure for the building structure built on it). In addition, we undertake general civil engineering work relating to environmental management projects. In order to focus on the specifications of different construction engineering fields, among the main operating subsidiaries, Jiashun Construction mainly focuses on providing remodeling and addition projects, while Jiashun Civil Engineering and Construction mainly focuses on providing civil engineering services.
