The Group is a leading provider of supplementary education services for private secondary schools in Hong Kong. We are mainly engaged in providing supplementary education services for private secondary schools and operating private secondary schools and day schools in Hong Kong, China. In February 2017, we ranked first among supplementary education service providers for private secondary schools in Hong Kong (based on total classroom seating capacity). We are also ranked first among Hong Kong private secondary and day school operators offering the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary School (based on the number of students enrolled). In addition, we also provide supporting education services and products for preschool, kindergarten, primary and secondary school students and individuals seeking further study/other interest in learning and/or personal development. Our education courses and services We offer a range of education courses and services in Hong Kong based on the following three categories: supplementary education services for private secondary schools; Day school services for private secondary schools; and Supporting education services and products. Supplementary Education Services for Private Secondary Schools The Group provides private secondary school supplementary education services for S1 to S6 students under the “Zuri School” brand. We started our private secondary school supplementary education service in Yuen Long in August 1989. We have set up joint learning centres on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories to provide these services. Private Secondary School Day School Services At the last practical date, we will operate two private secondary day schools in Yuen Long and Mongkok under the “Zunli Japanese School” brand. We started operating our first private secondary day school in Yuen Long in 1990, then a private secondary day school in Mongkok in 1999. Supporting education services and products The Group provides a variety of supporting education services and products, such as (i) interview preparation and supplementary primary education services under our “Compliance for Children” brand; (ii) our “Compliance Continuing Education” brand registered with the Education Bureau (QCF); and (iii) international English proficiency tests, comprehensive interest and foreign language courses under our “Follow Elite Exchange” brand; (iv) mock exam services; (v) VIP self-study services; (vi) online curriculum planning and management services; and (vii) other miscellaneous services.
