Xinfengtai Group Holdings Limited (“Xinfengtai” or the “Group” for short) is the second largest luxury and ultra-luxury car dealership group in northwest China (based on data from Huatong people, based on the number of luxury and ultra-luxury car brand dealerships as of December 31, 2013). As of April 21, 2014, Xinfengtai has 26 sales outlets in operation, including 17 4S dealerships, 8 showrooms and a service center, located in Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia and Jiangsu provinces. The new Fengtai was not only a pioneer in opening Porsche and Bentley sales outlets in northwest China, but was also one of the first dealers in the region to set up an Audi dealership. Currently, the Group's ten points of sale cover ultra-luxury car brands such as Porsche and Ferrari/Maserati (the Group is the only dealer of these brands in northwest China), two Bentley points of sale (the Group is the only dealer of this brand in Shaanxi Province, China), and 13 sales outlets cover luxury car brands such as Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Cadillac, Lexus and Hongqi. Furthermore, since 2004, Xinfengtai has been authorized by FAW Volkswagen to operate its first spare parts distribution center in northwest China. This distribution center is the only distribution center that supplies Audi and popular brand inventory and spare parts to automobile dealership groups in Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai and Shanxi provinces. The Group provides comprehensive automobile sales and services, including car sales, spare parts sales, after-sales service and automobile investigation services. It also provides other value-added services such as auto insurance agency services, car financing services, and car license plate services.
