A & S Group Enters Major JV Agreement to Expand Logistics Operations
A & S GROUP (01737.HK) has signed a joint venture agreement.
On March 19, Glonghui reports that A & S GROUP (01737.HK) announced that on March 19, 2025, A & S (Hong Kong) Logistics entered into a joint venture agreement with Mr. Fei Yajun and Ms. Fu Caihong (both are independent third parties). The agreement concerns the establishment of a joint venture company and the granting of Options and Options for the joint venture company. The exercise of the Options is not at the company's discretion, and at the date of granting the Options, the company was unable to determine the total repurchase cost after the Options are exercised. Nonetheless, the payable amount after the exercise of the Options may reach a maximum MMF value of 95,000,000.
