About MACAU LEGEND Company

Macau Li Chun Creation Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) was incorporated on October 5, 2006 in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. The Company is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) are among the leading owners of entertainment and casino gaming facilities in Macau. The Group currently owns the Macau Fisherman's Wharf (“Macau Fisherman's Wharf”), which is invested and operated by Macau Fisherman's Wharf on the Macau Peninsula. It is a seaside complex integrating gaming, hotels, meetings and entertainment, which is in line with the “leisure, tourism, economy and multiculturalism” policy of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government of the People's Republic of China. The Group's business includes (i) providing comprehensive gaming services to Australian Entertainment in connection with the operation of Ligong Casino; (ii) operating casinos within the Savan Legend Resort Hotel and Entertainment Complex in the Lao People's Democratic Republic (“Laos”); and (iii) operating hotels, entertainment and leisure facilities within its properties.
