Yee Ho Holdings Limited (“Yihe” or the “Company”) is a contractor with a long history in Hong Kong, mainly engaged in the provision of (i) foundation works, including pre-drilled small filling piles, pre-drilled I-beams and impact I-beams, and other civil engineering works, including ground leveling works and road and pedestrian walkway works; and (ii) tunneling works, including roof pipes, hand excavation and open backfill tunneling works. With its own technical team, trained workers, and a wide range of machinery and equipment, Yihe is capable of handling technically complex and large-scale foundation, civil engineering and tunneling projects in Hong Kong. Yihe has been providing foundation and other civil engineering works in Hong Kong through its main operating subsidiary, Yihe Engineering, and has been in business for over 25 years. Prosthetic engineering is a registered general building contractor and registered specialist contractor in the Foundation Works category of the Buildings Department of the Hong Kong Government. In addition, propulsion works are included in the four categories of approved public works contractors under the Development Bureau, namely (i) seaport works (Group B), (ii) water works (Group B, probation period), and (iv) road and drainage (Group C, probation period). Prosthetic engineering is also a land piling category (Group II) on the list of approved specialist contractors (group II) (including pre-drilled small injection piles, pre-drilled filling piles and steel plates)). As a registered contractor and registered specialist contractor for foundation works, it is eligible to bid for general contractor construction contracts for all types of public and private works. Over the years, Yihe has participated in a number of projects, including residential development, commercial development and infrastructure projects. Two other subsidiaries of Yihe, Yihe Construction and Yuehe Foundation, are also subcontracting works for other contractors.
