The company's subsidiaries include Prosperity One Limited, Yiqiao Development Co., Ltd., Jiading Co., Ltd., Rende Co., Ltd., and moral Co., Ltd.
According to Euromonitor, we are one of the leading restaurant chain operators, with a market share of 9.0% based on the estimated total revenue of the Southeast Asian full-service restaurant division, and for the year ended December 31, 2015, we have the largest number of Southeast Asian full-service restaurants in Hong Kong. As at the latest practicable date, we operated 22 Yue Tien branded restaurants in Hong Kong, of which four were on Hong Kong Island, five in Kowloon and the rest in the New Territories. During the track record period, we operate the restaurant under the Yue Stack brand, that is, the main brands Yue Stack, as well as sub-brands including Yuexiang and Yueyue.
Our first restaurant dates back to 2003, when Mr. Wong and Ms. Wong opened our first restaurant in Wan Chai, Hong Kong through Jiading Co., Ltd. At that time, due to the outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome infectious diseases in Hong Kong and the economic downturn, Mr Wong thought that it was the right time to open a restaurant aimed at the mass market. With the success of our first Yuetang restaurant, Mr. Huang and his business partners at that time decided to expand to other regions. Mr. Wong has the foresight to open Vietnamese leisure restaurant chains in different parts of Hong Kong. We then opened our first restaurant in the New Territories in 2003 and then in Kowloon in 2004. Since then, we have gradually expanded the Vietnamese leisure restaurant chain to other parts of Hong Kong. As at the latest practicable date, we have opened restaurants in 14 of the 18 districts in Hong Kong, including Southern, Eastern and Wan Chai districts on Hong Kong Island, Kwun Tong, Sham Shui Po, Wong Tai Sin and Yau Tsim Mong in Kowloon, and Islands, Sai Kung, Sha Tin, Tai Po, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun and Yuen long in the New Territories.
With the growth of our business, we set up a food processing center in 2009 to support restaurant operations. According to its current production capacity, our food processing center can support up to 30 restaurants. Our food processing center plays an important role in restaurant operation because more than 60% of the ingredients used in our restaurant are supplied by the food processing center, including semi-processed ingredients such as pre-cut meat, minced meat and basic sauces.
