Southern Communications Holdings Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) (stock code: 1617) (together with its subsidiaries collectively the “Group”) is a well-known supplier of optical communication products headquartered in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, People's Republic of China (“China”). The Group is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of various optical cable products and related equipment, as well as the processing and sale of color-coated steel sheets. The Group forms a complete industrial chain through its joint venture entities and associated companies through optical fiber prefabricated rods and optical fiber businesses. As a leading company in the optical cable market in China, the Group provides various types of optical cables and related equipment to meet customer needs. These optical cables are used for different applications in the telecommunications industry (such as mobile communication networks, Internet networks, and fixed telephone networks) and can be installed under different conditions. The Group's customers mainly include national and regional telecom network operators and telecom ancillary service providers in China. The Group has established stable long-term relationships with major customers, and the Group's brands are trustworthy, which will greatly facilitate sales for the Group's continued business operations. The Group has been well received in the Chinese optical cable market. In 2018, the company was granted laboratory accreditation by the China National Accreditation Committee for Conformity Assessment.
