We are the leading supplier of concrete services in Hong Kong. According to Euromonitor's report, we rank first among concrete service providers in Hong Kong, with a market share of about 23.3% based on the total revenue of Hong Kong's concrete service industry in 2015. The Group has over 12 years of experience undertaking concrete pouring projects in Hong Kong. Concrete pouring generally refers to the process in which concrete is deposited in its final position, and must meet the strength, impermeability and durability specifications specified in different construction projects. As a subcontractor for (i) public sector projects (including construction and infrastructure-related projects) and (ii) private sector projects (mainly construction-related projects in Hong Kong), the Group mainly provides concrete pouring services and other ancillary services (such as providing miscellaneous construction site services, clean-up services, and leasing of concrete pouring machinery). Most of the Group's direct customers are general contractors for various types of construction and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. Such projects can generally be divided into two categories: public sector projects and private sector projects. Public sector projects refer to projects where the general contractor is employed by a government or statutory body, while private sector projects are projects that are not public sector projects. During the track record period, most of our revenue came from private sector projects, which accounted for approximately 71.0%, 86.0% and 71.0% of our revenue for the three years ended March 31, 2016, respectively. Our concrete pouring projects are of a non-recurring nature. As a subcontractor, we were invited to submit our bids, and after a fiercely competitive bidding process, we obtained the project from the chief contractor. We have our own machinery to complete concrete pouring works (such as boom pumps, fixed pumps, concrete pumps, and cloth poles), so we believe our investment in machinery enables us to carry out concrete pouring projects of various sizes and levels of complexity to meet anticipated growing customer needs.
