Jingu Caixun | CDB Leasing (01606) announced that four of its wholly-owned special purpose companies as lessor and lessee (Pegasus Shipholding S.A., Lance Shipping S.A., Seacrown Maritime Ltd., and Fareastern Shipping Limited) entered into a financing lease contract on June 19, 2024 (after trading hours). Under this agreement, CDB Leasing's wholly-owned special purpose companies as lessor (i) will provide financing for a consideration not exceeding 478 million yuan.

On June 20, Glonhui reported that CDB Leasing (01606.HK) announced that its four wholly-owned special purpose entities as lessors entered into a financing lease agreement with the lessee on June 19, 2024. Accordingly, the lessor's wholly-owned special purpose entity will (i) purchase the leased property from the lessee for a consideration not exceeding USD 477.5 million and (ii) agree to lease the leased property to the lessee for a lease term of 60 to 120 months.
