(“the Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) (stock code: 1598) is the first private education group listed in Hong Kong in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The Group's business covers vocational education and continuing education, has healthy diversified revenue sources and a broad customer base. Since the establishment of the first school in 2003, the Group has set up 12 physical schools, including 1 private college in the vocational education sector (Shijiazhuang Polytechnic Vocational College); 1 general high school in the non-vocational education sector (Shijiazhuang Yuying Experimental High School), 2 new college entrance examination business institutions, and 8 new Skyline kindergartens. The Group also hosts the West Campus of Sifang University (vocational education sector).
